We are looking for an Administrator to join our Commercial department. 

This role would be ideal for someone interested in providing versatile administrative support across Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams, building experience in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, and contributing to impactful projects.

Role and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for;

  • Answering the telephone/taking new enquiries for the Sales team
  • Quotation preparation for regional Sales Managers using PandaDoc
  • Updating Salesforce administration
  • Preparing reports and data cleaning using Salesforce
  • Creating and updating Salesforce reporting
  • Assist with organisation of customer training and associated administrations
  • Creating and maintaining documents using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

The role will also involve any other adhoc tasks as given by the Group Sales Director, Regional Sales Managers and Business Development Director.

All staff are expected to work to company procedures at all times.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience of using Salesforce
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be able to work both reactively and proactively in a busy and varied sales environment.
